Genesis Fitness Club

We are looking to add to our team, we have a newly created opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Personal Trainer and/or Coach to join our team of go-getters. With a large member base and a great team of fitness professionals, you will be part of a culture that epitomes the fitness industry. Our gym is massive, comprising a large weight training area, an extensive cardio area, and a state-of-the-art small group and functional training zone complemented with MyZone technology.

About you - Values and qualities

• Genuine level of care for members, and passion for fitness
• Ability to deliver great member experience at every opportunity
• Desire to enhance your knowledge of business growth as it is related to the fitness industry and Personal Training
• No past business or sales skills are required, but you will need to be willing to work closely with your Head Coach so he can help you succeed
• You must possess a solid base of fitness knowledge so as to ensure you deliver the results your clients desire
• You will need to possess an up-to-date Certificate III & IV in Fitness, First Aid and CPR, and registered with or willing to be registered with Fitness Australia prior to your commencement date.
• Experience in either one-on-one or group training is preferred, but not essential
