Senior Associate/Special Counsel: Corporate Energy

About the role:
- Work directly with a highly respected, Leading Legal 500 Partner.
- Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions in the energy and resources sector, including M&A transactions for public and private entities, capital raising, commercial contracting, corporate governance, divestments, joint ventures, restructures, and regulatory communications.
- Nurture existing client relationships, develop new relationships and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team.
- Play a key role in driving the continued growth of the Perth Corporate practice.
The ideal candidate:
- 7+ years’ post-admission experience in corporate transactions within energy and resources
- Experience in public M&A and foreign investment matters will be highly regarded
- Commercially minded with strong drafting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Drive to contribute to practice growth and motivated by future partnership prospects essential
- Confident operating with autonomy while maintaining a collaborative approach
