Aged care, nursing home The Aegis Aged Care Group was founded in 1983 and is the largest, privately owned Residential Aged Care Provider in Western Australia, supporting over 3, 000 elderly residents and employing over 4, 500 staff. We own and operate 30 quality aged care residences (nursing homes) throughout the Perth Metropolitan and South-West areas, from Alkimos in the North to Broadwater (Busselton) in the South. As much as possible, we want our residents to maintain independence and continue to make their own choices in all aspects of their life.
